Aspect: Very high density oil and emerald green color with golden reflections.

Aroma: Herbaceous and delicately spicy.

Taste: Freshly picked fresh olive. It has hints of tomato and artichoke with a persuasive sweet almond aftertaste that harmonises the bitter and spicy finish.

Food Coupling: Ideal to use raw, suitable for legume soups, red meats and vegetable-based dishes.
